321 Full 6 week programme
321 the fast paced 30 minute HITT class focusing on strength, cardio and your core
3 minutes of strength using your body weight, small hand weights, resistance bands and glides
2 minutes of cardio (adaptations given if required)
1 minute of Abs
The full 6 weeks must be paid for PAYG is optional £7 per session payable on the night.
