6 week course includes:

  • 6 weeks of classes from 10th September - 17th October 2018 
  • Attend up to two classes a week
  • Experienced antenatal and postnatal specialists supporting your return to fitness. 
  • Meet at Millhouses park 10 am start ( the far car park)
